He has been in the mobile games industry for the past five years holding positions in game mechanics and monetization, app marketing and business development. Tricky Tribe’s most successful game is Tinker Island, published by Kongregate.

Peter Peer is an associate professor at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. His research interests include computer games, artificial intelligence, computer vision, biometry. He participated in several startup initiatives, national and EU funded R&D projects and authored (or co-authored) more than 50 research papers for leading international peer reviewed journals and conferences.
COMPOSER AND SOUND DESIGNER
Danilo is a Slovenian based composer and sound designer, known for his work on the indie survival horror game Uncanny Valley by Cowardly Creations and Kresnik, an award winning series of short films based on Slavic mythology. He is currently working on Cloudfall by Moodoven and Cowardly Creations’ soon to be announced second game.

Matej started his career in 1997, worked in gaming industry, advertising, arts and film. He was employed as 3D artist, 2D artist, story artist, art director and currently enjoys his position as principal game designer for mobile games published by Outfit7, the creators of Talking Tom and Friends.

Level designer and environment artist at Croteam, currently working on Serious Sam 4 and Serious Sam VR: the Last Hope. She comes from an architecture background, with a lifelong passion for 3D modelling and game design.
As the COO of European Games Developer Federation (EGDF), Jari-Pekka Kaleva follows closely European politics from the perspective of the European games industry. He is also the senior policy analyst at Neogames, the hub for the Finnish games industry, striving to accelerate, coordinate and support the development of the Finnish game cluster.

Mika has been teaching game development and coaching projects at JAMK and EU-funded JyvÃ¤skylÃ¤ Game Lab. He was co-creator in Game Development education programme for jobseekers, organized by the local Public Employment and Business Services office. Mika is also a member of the board of EXPA, a local collective for game developers and students in JyvÃ¤skylÃ¤.

Chris is a 1. generation F2P producer. He joined Aeria Games 2009 as Producer on MMOs + FPS, moved on to Perfect World, Amsterdam in 2013 onto being Director Live Operations for Kabam EU. He worked on popular titles such as Neverwinter, The Hobbit: Kingdoms of Middle-Earth and Marvel’s Contest of Champions, among others. Chris now works at NEXON as Director Mobile Product, currently sourcing Indie developers for publishing/ investments.

Born and raised in France in the 70â€™s, after graduating from Gobelins, Ecole de lâ€™Image in the 90â€™s he spent the 2 following decades working abroad, in Japan, China and USA, to gain international experience. Freshly arrived in Slovenia as an animation director for an application scheduled to be released next year.

The CEO and owner of the game development studio ActaLogic. The core business of the company is the development of video and computer games (PC, Mac, XBOXONE, PS4), using the latest generation of Unity3D engine. Since 2009 the company developed more than 25 PC games. At the moment the focus is on RTS and Action/Adventure games.
Damir is a veteran of games and games industry media and marketing with 20 years long career in those areas. Five years ago his small team and him started the Reboot brand which now holds the biggest regional games industry media Reboot, is running one of the biggest European game conventions Reboot InfoGamer and super unique, super high-end games industry conference Reboot Develop.

Tadej fell in love with real-time art and games in the European demoscene in the 90’s. A graphics engine programmer early on, he now designs, codes and writes games with Motiviti, a studio he co-founded in 2008. He has over 15 years of experience with videogames, game portals and high-profile consulting gigs on mobile, consoles and the web. He is currently working on Elroy and the Aliens, a VR title and several client projects.
Lovro leads the region’s only game dev academy and game dev recruitment agency. He spent most of his professional career developing educational curricula, assisting game devs in developing efficient team structures and mentoring indie teams. He is currently working on bringing Machina’s education programmes to a wider European audience via online courses.
MatjaÅ¾ PoÅ¾lep is a former co-founder and CEO of Arxel Tribe, slovenian first game development studio and a co-founder and CEO of Art Rebel 9 – an integrated post&production and experience & communication studio focused on latest technologies in the field of VR and AR marketing. Created Planica VR a Sky Jump experience that was one of the earliest successful marketing implementations of virtual reality for Oculus Rift.
